Division of Student Success
The Division of Student Success provides student support services and programming. Organized around six main areas: Enrollment Management, Retention and Graduation, Student Affairs, University Housing & Residential Life, and Campus Life, the division helps students blend their quest for academic knowledge with the development of life skills through experiential learning and student engagement.
The Vice President for Student Success guides the Division as a student-centered, forward thinking, innovative and collaborative unit. He is assisted by the Executive Directors of Enrollment Management and Retention & Graduation who strive to recruit, retain and service an expanding and more diverse student body. The Associate Vice President of Student Affairs & Chief Student Affairs Officer oversees areas of Student Affairs, Campus Life, University Housing & Residential Life, Dining Services and Campus Recreation to ensure all students have a rich campus experience, and is assisted by the Dean of Students and the Executive Directors of Campus Life and University Housing & Residential Life.
The Directors of University Advising, Career and Co-op, and First Year Courses report directly to the Vice President for Student Success, while serving the needs of students across campus.
